Honor The Game
Built to Develop Skilled Athletes Who Honor the Game
For more than 30 years, our community based lacrosse program has been a staple of Southern Vermont athletics. What began as a small, volunteer-driven effort has grown into one of the region’s most enduring youth sports traditions—introducing thousands of kids to the sport and to the values that define it.
We welcome players of every background and ability into a supportive, community-focused environment that blends fun with foundational skill development. Families return year after year because the program not only teaches the fundamentals of lacrosse—it builds character, confidence, and a true love for the game.
Here, athletes learn what it means to Honor the Game from their very first practice.
In the summer and fall, Equinox Lacrosse rises to the regional stage. Our club teams compete against top-tier programs while receiving advanced training designed to elevate their game—and this past year, that commitment paid off.
Our High School Girls won the New England Chill tournament and finished the fall season full of momentum, showcasing both skill and character against strong competition.
Our High School Boys closed out their fall with a dominant 3–0 performance at the Prime Time tournament, proving they could rise to any challenge and execute at a high level.
These achievements reflect more than wins—they show what happens when athletes train with purpose, play with pride, and truly Honor the Game. Our club pathway continues to set the standard for competitive lacrosse in Southern Vermont.
Inclusive by Design
We provide a genuine entry point for beginners while offering clear pathways for athletes ready to advance. Every player—regardless of background or ability—has a place to grow and belong.
Built for Development
Our seasonal structure delivers intentional progression. Each stage builds on the last, helping athletes strengthen fundamentals, deepen their understanding of the game, and develop the confidence to take the next step.
Meaningful Competition
From local spring matchups to high-level summer and fall tournaments, our athletes face challenges that sharpen their skills and raise their competitive IQ. These experiences prepare them for whatever level comes next.
Athlete-Centered Coaching
At Equinox Lacrosse, players are never just numbers on a roster. We coach the individual—supporting their growth on the field while caring deeply about who they are off it. Our staff knows our athletes, believes in them, and invests in their journey as young people.
